Very good affiliate app with features, pricing, and customer service, I'm impressed.

This review is for the Free version of the App. If you read the docs, it seems like you will get 30 affiliates and 50 referrals orders. I installed the app because i wanted to try and after spending hours, I was told by the support team the "Referral program" is not really included in the Free version. referral orders are the orders associated with the associates. I found this to be misleading. Essentially I dont care for Affilaite program. all i wanted to try is have our customers refer their freinds and family and you cannot do that with the free version. I just wasted setting up the app to reflect my branding.

Great app, I suggest getting a paid version it is well worth every penny spent!! The customer service provides the fastest responses via a chat connected to the app! This is next level service and an awesome product, thank you for all the help!

Ive used this for over a year and i highly recommend it! We track all our affiliates and podcasters and can get all the data we need. Their customer service is very helpful too!

Großartige Affiliate App - zahlreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten, einstellbare Provisionslevel, sehr schönes Dashboard für Affiliates. Einzig beim E-Mail-Versand gab es einige Probleme, die der Support aber innerhalb weniger Minuten klären konnte.

I am just trying to set things up. Everything takes time to understand but BixGrow seems to have most of features I need. Their monthly subscription is reasonable. I have been manually running the affiliate scheme for a while and it's a lot of hassle. I hope that it helps me lots.. I think it would do and the good thing about the customer service is they work 18 hours a day and Mon-Sat. Their response is quick, so I recommend it. Thank you for giving BixGrow a try! Quick to setup and easy to use. It offers all that it says it does and more. Even the free version has all of the required features. Its super easy to create custom affiliate programs and start gaining traction by having people sign up to be affiliates and share your store. 5/5!
