We love this app! Having spent a lot of time reviewing and testing different affiliate and referral apps we were so happy to find BixGrow. We love that it clearly distinguishes between Referral and Affiliate programs (this isn't something that most apps do) and everything about it is simple and user friendly. The team were even able to make some changes to the app to fit with our requirements that made it a perfect fit for us.

Just started using this app for my online store that has just started up. Easy to setup and templates are user friendly. Still navigating the options and what this can do for my business. Would like to have more support throught the whole process to make it as seamless and efficient as possible.

I just added this app to my store, with zero experience it took me less than 30 minutes to get all programs completely set up and start inviting affiliates. Hoping it works as well as the initial setup did.

I have been searching for a referral program and couldn't be happier when I came across BixGrow. The whole setup was easy to navigate and worked well with the Shopify platform. But most of all, their CS is excellent! I cannot thank Quinn, their Head of Customer Service enough to support me throughout the process. Prompt reply, detailed guidance, open to suggestions, etc. Shopify App store is a bit of the Wild West - you don't know if the App works for you or let alone can have timely support. We highly recommend BixGrow and can't wait to try their Affiliate program next! Thank you, BixGrow!

The software has so much advanced functionality but its still so smooth to set up and the design is spot on! We got our first sale through the platform yesterday so I'll be running the payout soon.

This is the most professional affiliate system in the whole app store. It works perfectly and have detailed reports which are really helpful. It makes the whole affiliate marketing system very smooth and easy for new affiliates to understand. Loved it & Highly recommended.

I have done very detailed work to compare the various app to manage affiliates. First, discard some apps that are really expensive and then select a few more accessible for a small store. After comparing features, and installing some, BixGrow wins hands down. The backend infrastructure is modern, friendly and pretty customizable. The interface for customers and affiliates is also very appealing and user-friendly (on average my users are not very techy so this was very important for me and that's why I discontinued 2 apps I used in the past). Customer service is excellent, I have chatted first with Quinn and then with Pam and cleared my (long) list of questions pretty easily. Ended up purchasing the PRO plan immediately. The value is huge and I am sure it will repay super fast.

Quinn did a great job in helping me with my quetsions today. The app has been really easy to use so far and I'm excited about the prospect of growing the business with the help of BixGrow.

INSANELY GOOD APP!!! If you are looking for affiliates (with an MLM structure...level 1, 2, 3 etc), AND a separate referral platform for your customers, this app does BOTH!! Great for B2B and great for B2C. I have been looking around for ages for an app that has all the features this one does. You can set lifetime commission payouts, and have different "programs" (i.e. if you want a separate dashboard for sales reps, versus online affiliates, versus influencers) you can create them all with different levels of commission. Also, may i add this app has the features of being able to do payouts via not only Paypal, but credit card, bank transfer, pioyoneer, google pay, venmo... list goes on! Needless to say their support is PHENOMENAL!!! I was struggling with a feature (completely my fault) and I was desperate to fix it at 11pm CST.. so i opened up the chat feature and within seconds (literally) Leo guided me through the whole process, answered a bunch of my questions super quickly, even said to me that their developers could help me embed my different "programs" in my store. Leo was amazing to work with, super responsive, took care of me. Honestly, i never leave reviews but this app, along with their customer support is one of the best I have ever seen that comes "out of the box" versus spending $$$$$ on a unique custom-built platform. Try it! You will not be disappointed.
