I've been thrilled from the very first second I started with the free subscription, and it already offers almost everything that some subscriptions for a lot of money don't. However, I then decided to switch to the highest package and felt good about supporting the support as well as the team behind BixGrow. The support is more than just polite and almost available 24 hours, probably even exactly 24 hours, so everything is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Support has been very helpful in getting our affiliate program set up. As a new business, this is a key part of our marketing plan!

The integration and setup of this app is so easy, and their support is always great. I have had multiple questions and have been able to get virtually instant help every time. This is the best affiliate app I've used so far, with a wide range of features, and the support has been top notch as well. We needed a little assistance in getting our program set up, as it's a little different than a standard affiliate marketing program, and their support staff has been very helpful and super quick to answer questions.

At Wayzn.com we use the app for both affiliate and refer-a-friend. It is convenient being able to manage both programs with a single app. The affiliate side is easy to set up and easy to use, but the referral half of the app is not very mature yet (even basic reporting is missing), so I can only give four stars. I have used a lot of plug-ins and the thing that shines brightest about Bix is their customer support. They are responsive, knowledgeable and provide a level of support way above what we get from other apps that cost 10x what we pay for Bix.

The customer support team is exceptional - their highly trained and friendly staff resolved my query quickly.

I just started playing around with this today as I search for an alternative to Refersion who has increased their price to $119-$599 per MONTH! Yikes. Within minutes Evelyn walked me through setting up a custom link to give to my affiliates.

We've had a fantastic experience with BixGrow. It's super easy to use, and it has all the right features we need without overcomplicating things. Customer service is very responsive and fast to address our needs. We'll be staying here!
