This app worked really well for a while until it didn't. Once I upgraded to the paid version I had nothing but issues. It would rarely work to let customers click pickup. I reached out to get it fixed and every time I would get a reply I would follow what they said and would think it’s fixed but I was wrong. Everytime I would reply to email I would be speaking with someone new every single time and finally got pissed with how many calls I was receiving to place orders because my website wasn’t working. After the last couple weeks going back and fourth I decided to go with another company. Hi Kierra, Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm truly sorry we let you down after so many months of using the app. In your case, the issue was tied to some configuration details specific to your business use case, and I agree—we should’ve provided clearer, more consistent guidance. That’s on us, and we’ve made internal changes to avoid similar back-and-forth for others.
