La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, c'est que j'aurais aimé offrir mes vidéos à l'écoute seulement sans possibilité de téléchargement. Theo m'a assuré que l'équipe travaillait à l'amélioration de l'application et que la suggestion serait faite à l'équipe pour cette fonctionnalité. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

I love this app! It is super simple to navigate for a non-tech person like myself. It is super easy to upload digital files to my Shopify store and customize the emails sent to my customers upon purchasing from my store. The chat support is super helpful. Theo was able to answer all of my questions and verify my store quickly and was friendly and upbeat.

I'm currently setting up the app and Theo has been of great help! Very patient and very helpful :)

I am writing this review early as I have had an extremely pleasurable experience so far. From the moment I installed the app to this very moment. Everything has been seamless. I contacted their customer support to get my store verified. I was met with the most polite and helpful assistant Theo. I can highly recommend this app just on customer service alone. I am currently in the process of uploading multiple file types to one product which I was unable to do with the previous app I was using.
