this app really useful because I need to manually decrease the item on my excel. and this app can give me the report everyday on what item that we fulfill that day (we use it everyday). Still haven't learned the app fully, that will be great if they can give recommendation for business owner. Because the price quite high... (better if the price discount 50% more on advanced shopify ^_^)

Caveat: I only generated a couple reports with Better Reports and did not use it beyond the trial period, because I simply can't justify spending more for reporting... That said, the depth of data this app provides is incredible. There is a plethora of canned reports and if I had more traffic to my store, this would be a no-brainer! Further, Clement is very responsive and I'd have no concern about support. I hope I have the traffic to justify the extended reporting to be a paying subscriber in the near future! This app really simplifies my work. Clement of Better Reports was very responsive & helpful with my queries. I am sure Better Reports will continue to evolve with Shopify and provide us with more useful tools.

This app is great. It does just what I need it to do. Even better, the customer support is wonderful. They created a custom report for me in less than 48 hours. I would give 5 stars but I feel it is very pricey.

I love it. I work with a variety of vendors who required regular reporting. B.R has let me automate all of those outgoing reports freeing up hours of my time previously spent going through. The app is seamless. Looking forward to what else is to come.

This app is fantastic! Highly intuitive, click and drag, with instant results so you can see what your report will look like before it’s done. I needed to pull specific fields for a pivot table report in excel. This was the only app I could find to do it. It has worked perfectly for my needs.

Better Reports has allowed me to export the sales and product data I need from my site and organize it in a clear way that Shopify alone couldn't do, which is allowing us to pull off our biggest Thanksgiving holiday yet! On top of that, Clement is always quick to respond in an incredibly helpful and hands-on way whenever I run into a question. I highly recommend this app if you're looking for nimble and clear reporting.

after several emails back and forth, this company and it's founder were unable to figure out how to generate a report from shopify products to be uploaded to amazon. He even said the blank CSV from amazon with the basic information they needed was "confusing". That concerns me. A company who works with reports and CSV documents should be able to decipher a straight forward CSV from Amazon. I'm not specially trained in this but I could decipher the CSV from Amazon. I was just looking for an easier way to move products from shopify to amazon. this is not the way.

Better Reports is a vital part of our business. It helps you get analytics on almost every statistic possible in Shopify. We have created over 30 reports, many of which we get emails about whenever we want. Often the reports help us see which products we should take off the site. We have many 'failsafe' email reports. For example, imagine if you have logic that depends on a tag called 'preorder'. And then you stock that product so it's no longer a 'preorder' but you forget to remove the tag--potentially creating errors on your site--better reports sends you an email report so you never make mistakes like that. Support is a 10/10. We get responses and help with report setup within hours of emailing them.

Reports themselves are beautiful - developer was extremely responsive and supportive of our efforts.

We're using this app to improve efficiency in inventory re-ordering. With the help of the Better Reports team, we now have access to great reporting that allows us to assess weeks of inventory on-hand based on current inventory counts and historical sales (at best, a painfully slow V-lookup without Better Reports).

Qnts.dk is a big fan - all the reports we need. Excellent support - and custom reports / also during test period.

I used this app to help export daily reports from our Shopify site to our fulfillment center. We are a start-up company and tried two other app developers, who were not responsive and could not help us. Clement has been very responsive, helpful and seems to understand exactly what we need. Easy to use and way more powerful than standard Shopify analytics. A good complement to Google Analytics. A+++ for support and very fair pricing
