I use this app for all my reporting for almost 2 years. It's reliable, flexible and very easy to use. Honestly, the best reporting app I came across so far. On top of that, the team at Better Report is absolutely legends. They are super responsive and always have a solution! Definitely recommend using! !

I was unable to even use this app. Every time I clicked the app it just kept refreshing the page and saying server error. But every other app on my Shopify works. This app looks good, but I wasn't able to even try it because of this glitch.

Absolutely great app. It makes a lot of things easier for us. Every shop owner will get to the point where he needs this app. The customer service is fast and can do many customizations. All communication is professional and friendly. I can only recommend it to everyone! The prices are fair, in the sense of the convenience it gives us.

We needed a way to filter sales by customer tag and with a couple of clicks we were able to generate the report we needed and save it for quick access. It's a great solution for us.

Great app, and most importantly, impressive customer service. Just ask whatever you need and they'll make you happy! The interface isn't the nicest but it works well, and that's the important part. Totally worth the money.

Better Reports allows me to extract data out of Shopify that would otherwise be inaccessible. It has allowed me to make data based decisions, and makes up for Shopify's very limited reporting capabilities. I am able to automate reports that feed Google Sheets, and from there I can use data visualization tools to better display data. The icing on the cake is that Better Reports customer service is always quick and extremely helpful! I'd highly recommend this tool!

It is A GRATE APP! It makes your life easier and less stress. Various filters you will have that Shopify report does not have!

It's difficult to put into words how good the customer support is on this app and Kritesh in particular has been outstanding. Having tried another app and wasted 4 weeks of inaccurate reports and poor communication and interpretation of our needs from the other app developers, we chose BetterReports and could not be happier. It is a powerful app that has achieved things we were told were not possible by the other app developers. They are super-quick in replying and we've never had to clarify our requirements beyond the initial request - they've always got it spot on, first time. I am honestly amazed by how responsive and effective the support team is. The software itself is excellent. Real time report done right. I love how they perform at this high level from addressing business needs, to software performance to tech support. You don't see this everyday.
