The app does what is supposed to do, cool the free version, the elite is just perfect.

Thank you for this app. I was so excited to get my first multiple order and then I realised I lost out on the currency conversation. Now I can see easily what my outgoings and sales prices should be. Excellent. As soon as the sales start rolling in, I will upgrade to the full featured version.

I had a quick response to my email query. The response looked like an automated response, but with the name of a real person just directing me to check the FAQ, but without responding to my specific query. I could not find an answer to my query in FAQ which has just 3 basic tips, but without any instructions as to why it is done. Not very happy with the Website grizzlyapps.com either. It takes me back to shopify app link without any option to a enhanced FAQ Database. . I am wondering if it is because of free nature of App. I am not inclined to order the PRO version due to support issue. Also the link http://home.grizzlyapps.com/ had the following error message: "This site can’t be reached home.grizzlyapps.com’s server DNS address could not be found. This is a great currency converter except that it's getting mid market rates from Xe.com. This is a problem since the actual rate the customer pays is ALWAYS much worse than this, it should be using buy rates for US dollars from each currency, not a mid market rate. On a $200 purchase it can be off as much as $8 which has lead to customer complaints. If they fix this and allow a margin entered by the store or use realistic rates I'd give it five stars. As it is we have to find another solution.
