I've been using the Back in stock up for more than a year and it has been working perfectly. I have been in touch with his customer service a couple of times and they are very professionals. Now Abuzar is helping me install the Pre-ORder App and he is replying to all my questions very quicky,

I am new to the app so will need more time but so far initial review is very good. In addition, the support rep I worked with for my custom theme (Abuzar) was fantastic and even got on a call with me to resolve a question.

Abuzar was very responsive and helpful. Although the issue was not able to be resolved on his end, he told me what the issue was so I could address it.

Honestly, it is a little too soon for me to judge this app, but my first impression is really good. Everything was easy to set up and the staff was very friendly and helped me adjust the details. I have had one product come back in stock since I began using the app, and I can tell that two potential customers were notified, but they have not yet made a purchase. I am excited to see how well the app works when the numbers go up, and in the meanwhile, I am very happy that there is a free version to get started on.

Un SAV Excellent, a l'écoute et surtout disponible très rapidement. Il vous aide également a la configuration. Personnellement cette application est indispensable pour un shop avec stock.

The customer service with this app was super helpful. For my specific theme the collections page button didn't integrate on its own but I got immediate help and they got it running on my site within 30minutes. Super friendly and helpful support! Also this app has generated a fantastic ROI!

This app is good, you can customize it according to your brand, and customer service is available any time you need them, they are online, ready to help! What we're particularly happy about is that they value their customers. Not all app developers are like them, and they're available 24/7. Not all customer support of the apps operate like this. Normally, we struggle a lot because after 5pm CET, app customer support are usually offline and we cannot get the help we need right away. Shikha has also been very helpful and very nice, and assisted us all the way and managed to resolve all the issues we had raised to meet our store's needs. The reason we gave this app 3 stars is because we have to uninstall the app because we noticed that it made the speed of our store slower. As soon as we uninstall the app, the speed of our store went back up again to how it was before installing the app. It was unfortunate because we love this app.

Well-thought out app, very easy to use, and the team is super responsive about helping if needed. The free plan is great for making sure the functionality will work before committing and the paid plans are pretty reasonable for what they offer.

SO far so good, excellent customer service and getting lots of forms filled out. We were looking for something like this for a while and this one was easy to configure.

The app works great, does it's job perfectly. It's really easy to install and customize. Customer service is also really quick and helpful
