Excellent app and even better support. We switched over from another app because of this one's premium app integration, and have found it works even better than our previous app. The interface is simple and easy to understand, the buttons very customizable, and has lots of useful features. The support team is quick and friendly, and their development team resolved an initial integration problem for us quickly. A big plus that their support team works USA hours. We look forward to using this app for a long time!

So far we're really enjoying this app. Customer service is impeccable, quick response times and very friendly, as well as helpful. The app is very easy to use, super easy to customize. I would love if one day it would allow for customers to sign up for an entire product, vs. only one variant at a time. Additionally, if it allowed customers to sign up for a variant that wasn't out of stock, but low on stock, (for example, if a customer needs 4 hanks of yarn but we only have 3). Although the above would really help to make the app meet all of our needs, we don't see these as a downfall. The app team is very clear about what they offer and don't offer, and have been extremely transparent and wonderful thus far. Tech support has also been very helpful via chat. We used to notify our customers manually - this app has been a huge timesaver and we think it's well worth the price!

First of all, the Tech Support Team is incredible. I had the pleasure to speak with one of the techs named Shikha, and what a delight it was. She helped me setup the out of stock/ notify me system on my store. She was fast, knowledgeable, very kind and professional. Any questions I had about the app, she was very helpful and clear with her answers. 10/10 on their support team. The product itself is incredible. The integration is flawless and when products in your store hit zero, it automatically adds the out of stock banners, as well as the notify me when back in stock feature. The dashboard layout and customization is so clean. This app is incredible. 10/10.

The app has some limitations. If the product is in stock at any location, even a non-shipping one, the email collection button will not appear. Great customer service though.

Terrible app. Glitches and spamming customers on a mass scale. Customer service terrible when something goes wrong. Same issue twice with hundreds of spam notifications going out to people. Customers receiving 20 notifications for the same product at the same time even after they had bought it. The first time this happened it wiped out my notification allowance which I had to push to be reset. I was then told they had solved the issue only for the same thing to happen 2 weeks later. Has lost me customers who feel the brand is constantly spamming them. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue, and the customer team are terrible saying the issue didn't exist when I can see in the app sent items that they have sent out multiply notifications to customers at the same time for the same product. One customer received nearly 100 email notifications! I have now deleted the app and am looking for another provider as I can't deal with the level of customer complaints I am receiving from customers who asked to be notified, which is ruining my own brand standing with customers. Avoid this app.

I have just installed this app as a lot of our stocked products go in and out of stock quite frequently and we like to notify our customers the moment the stock is back. It was super easy to integrate this app and the customer service is absolutely brilliant! Currently on a free version but will most probably with jumping on a paid version for additional features.
