Great app, customers love it, it helps increase our sales and I recently contacted their customer service team directly and the service was brilliant.

This app sells itself. The customer service is next level. We have installed and uninstalled several times and it was no problem to have our requests catered to. They even noticed when we changed to a new 2.0 theme and updated the button to fit the theme - very impressive! Highly recommend this app.

We just downloaded this app and the customer support was outstanding. The customer support agent Hasti was not only knowledgeable but also walked us through setting up our custom theme and tailoring this app to suit our needs as we preferred. Great support and generally a good app but fails for us because it's not possible to set up back in stock alerts that append the brand or vendor name before the product title. I have logged as a new feature request.

While trying to work out the best app for my shopify store the support staff at Back in Stock were great, very quick to respond and very helpful explaining the plan and pricing options. Looking forward to using this app and utilising their great support team.

So easy to integrate into our shop and does exactly what we needed, allow customers to sign up for a back in stock email. Customer service is quick to reply and they even noticed something wasn't set up correctly with one of our products and they emailed us to see if we wanted them to fix it. Was fixed in under a minute. Highly recommend.
