Hun klantenservice is zeer gericht naar smaak en hoe jij het wilt hebben. Uw wens is hun taak om dat te vervullen en dat voor free! Je kan een betaalde versie nemen als je meerdere producten en klanten op de hoogte stelt voor producten die niet meer out of stock zijn. Voor mij is dit een goed werkende app die bij mij wensen valt en raad het je aan om het ook uit te proberen.

The theme I was using in shopify did not initially work with this app. But the guys from Appikon were straight onto it when I contacted them and it was all fixed very quickly. Great service!!!!

We've been using this app since 2019, it just ticks away in the background and whenever we get new stock in will alert customers and give us some nice sales bumps with no hassle. Very easy to use, and support are vey helpful.

The App worked wonderfully for a few months and then would send Back in Stock notifications for items that were out of stock/ have not been updated at random. I brought this to the customer service team and was unable to get a resolution. I sent examples of my stock history reports and compared them the the notification history dates, proving the item's inventory had not been updated. I was told this was impossible and proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I was very willing to work with the team and was given no response after 2 follow ups.

Great app that does exactly what it advertise. Highly flexible in its settings, has email, SMS and Push options to contact/deliver the notification to the customer. And it has great support when you need some help or guidance, respond almost instantly. Highly recommended!

We have used this app for 1-2 years seamlessly. Works great for Out of stock notifications for sms & email. We changed theme, and needed the position of the module to be changed - support replied instantly, and fixed our issue within minutes - highly recommend this app!

UPDATE: 2 stars because their SMS notifications have NOT gone out for months when in the backend it says they did. They've "fixed it" numerous times but it never works. This app is super easy to use, pretty to look at and has generated a ton of revenue for our brand. I love that customers can choose email or SMS to be notified, plus you can opt in people to your mailing list as well, which is another great way to build your email lists for re-targeting.
