Great app, and the team is super helpful! They implemented a more custom design and allowed the Back In Stock Email Notification to show up for a single size that was out of stock as opposed to showing up on the entire product page. It has helped increase sales and keeps our customers coming back to get the products they love. The app emails the customers for you, so no need to worry about that, and you can see which products/sizes are most in demand, which is helpful for inventory management and restocking. The app works perfectly in capturing interest in a sold out product. Using this app can provide a great boost once you re add inventory. The support staff (Matt) is amazing. Anytime we have changed themes or wanted help he took care of it right away. You can't go wrong with this app and Matt.

Excellent app! Support was great in getting the app customized to our template and it looks completely seamless with the site design unlike some of the other apps that do the same thing. Other positives include easy to use back-end interface, and nice customization options on the e-mail notifications. This app is a must for a any store that loses sales from out of stock products.

Awesome support, went above and beyond to help us get it setup and working just how we wanted. App itself works great, people started using it the very same day we installed it.

UPDATE: The most recent update allows you to set a threshold of items in stock before it sends emails out your customers. This is much appreciated! The support team is always quick and helpful. They even helped up set up the back in stock modal on our collection page! This app does exactly what it describes and the modal and other assets are easily customizable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Back in Stock does exactly what the app suggests. It notifies your customers when an item is back in stock. It crawls every 2 hours and the system works perfectly. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the lack of a notification threshold (i.e. only notify a customer when there is X amount in stock). Sometimes when refunds or cancellations are made - 1 item is added to the inventory and hundreds of customers get a notification email from the application. Then, they get frustrated when they reach the site and the item is out of stock again. So a threshold is definitely a must.

Matt has been more than helpful with tweaking this to work perfectly with our site as we grow! We have used this for over a year and definitely see the benefits. We highly recommend Back in Stock!

One of my favorite of all the apps on my new shopify site. Previously I had Magento, and before that, wordpress. I'm very happy with shopify because of the ease of adding in all of these apps that work so well with my site. This one in particular is amazing, as soon as I add in a restock of inventory, it sends out notifications to those who requested it. It doesn't just send once a day at a certain time, it sends it immediately! And it is apparently super easy for my customers to use to sign up for notification, because I've got more people than ever before, on any of my sites, signing up for in stock notifications for their specific size/color preference. Love this app!

We have been using this application for the past year and it has been a great tool! Integration is easy, and the technical support team is extremely helpful. One of the cleanest and simplest out of stock tool you can use for your site.

Awesome app support and customer service. Matt took the initiative by helping me install a button as the app did not seem to integrate with my new shopify theme on Mobile. I've been using this app since last year and it's been very helpful especially on having a good gauge on how much to re-stock for sold-out designs. CON: This app is pretty cool...but honestly, it's expensive. I hate the idea of paying $40 a month for 500 out of stock notifications. For 40 bucks it should at least be unlimited. The Back in Stock monthly fee is almost half what I pay monthly for my entire Shopify platform. It's a great app buy why is it so costly to perform an automated, relay task. PROS: It's easy to install and modify. Looks great.

Had a issue after installing a new theme, wrote regarding the issue late last night and a fix was in place by the time I woke this morning. Amazing customer support!

This app is perfect for handling your out-of-stock inventory, and its extensive customizability really lets you create the unique experience you want for your customers when you ran out of inventory. We were looking to make more customized behavior for the store Ten Thousand: shop.tenthousand.cc, and the developer of the app was incredibly supportive in terms of helping us figure out how to do the customization, and quickly responding to bugs we experienced. I've developed and supported Shopify apps in the past, and I was thoroughly impressed by how reliable both the app and the customer support was. Very strongly recommend this solution if you're looking for a way to handle out of stock inventory that's quick to set up, and rich in terms of its extensibility! Nicolae

Great way to auto-update customers on when items are back in stock in our store.

Nice way to auto notify clients when the product is back in stock. Also usefull as you can see what is the demand on the ou of stock products! 5 Stars and recommended as a basic App to have!

Nice little app. Has always worked well and does exactly what it is supposed to. Recommend getting this app if you are looking for a way to notify customers when a product is back in stock

The app does exactly what it says. If you go out of stock on inventory that you eventually restock you need this app or one like it. The only thing I wish it did was give reporting on opens, bounces, and possibly do an automated resend of non-opened emails.

Excellent app, in the apparel business is impossible to always have available all products in all colours and sizes. With this app my customers have a better visibility of the availability and it helps me get sales that could have been lost.
