A great app that is really easy to install. Their support team respond really quickly if you need them, and they happily integrated the widget button into my theme without issue.

It is a good application, sensible and usable. The response to inquiries is also prompt. It would be great if it were possible to respond in Japanese.

I don't understand the positive reviews here. There has been many cases notifications are just not being send out to the customers. Support has confirmed this multiple times saying they are working on it. I gave them one last chance last month, just to see that two weeks after we restocked again 0 notifications were send out. This is not an app that is trustworthy with my business. I need something that does what I pay for.

Very hands off and works like a charm. After collecting a large waitlist, I was concerned that we'd have to manually send out emails. Once we restocked in Shopify, they were auto sent and looked great.

Is there anything better than an app with a customer support team who has your back? I used this app once before with the Debut theme and then decided to update my site to a new one. When I went to reinstall the app, I realized my new theme wasn't offered! I sent the team an email and within 24 hours, they had coded their software for my site. When they asked if I wanted to make any changes, i asked for a button color change and they fixed it within minutes. So thrilled with the app and how it is working for us!

Great app that does what it's supposed to do. Didn't work out of the box for us and we needed some additional help, but D'Angelo sorted that out for us!
