Back In Stock is amazing app! Customer support is on point as well. If you want your customers be alarted when their favorite products are back in stock, I highly recommend this app!

Pretty snazzy app, I wish I had found this a few years ago. Eye opener for how many future sales you potentially missed out on. Their customer support team is ridiculously helpful as well.

We use the app to keep people engaged and to let us know what products have a lot of demand, helping us plan our inventory better.

I wanted to add a back in stock CTA on products that were out of stock and tried to do it on my own using this app. It didn't work at first so I reached out to support and they were so helpful implementing it into our website! It is now up and running. Thank you!

This app lets customers sign up to get an email when a product restocks. It also will integrate with other apps to make processes easier. We combined it with our Cross Sell app, so customers can get custom recommendations when their desired product is out of stock. GREAT customer service as well.

Great app for alerting customers when products are back in stock which sometimes brings in revenue. Support are very helpful too.

We have used Back In Stock for quite sometime. The settings and customization is quite simple to use in order to create a look and feel keeping with brand. Customer service is excellent and able to assist you quickly and efficiently.

It's easy to get the basics of what we need but some additional analytics, for example, would be great. Perhaps if the app was directly linked to Shopify as well. Currently, it doesn't look like the BIS app will show as purchased unless purchased through the BIS trigger email and, I couldn't find a way to manually send a notification to, say, one customer, if needed. Customer service has been great!
