We are still onboarding the app, but so far it is working very great and plug and play. Hoa Xuan Duong, Pham Le Minh Tri and Jonas has been helping setting up the app and system. Great features and flexibility! :-).

It's not the perfect solution, because you have to assign coupon codes for the wholesale customers through the app. Your wholesale customers can't use "normal" Shopify coupon codes while using this app, which most rewards programs incompatible. (Because most rewards programs create coupon codes when someone redeems their points, but these codes are regular Shopify codes that wholesale customers can't use.) After a lot of experimenting with many apps, we have found a reward program that will work alongside this app - a reward program that uses gift cards instead of coupon codes. It's not the ideal solution for us, but we have adjust and it works fine now. The support always gets back to you within a day and is very helpful, and the app has a lot of features. Overall I'm very happy with it.

We are transitioning to wholesale and account member discounts only and since there's so many elements to this app, customer support is essential. Emma has been the greatest support through this transition even helping me make changes, as well as educating me on how to navigate the app. The best thing about it all is that Emma is extremely prompt with her replies through chat and as a business owner this is very important if you're going to be paying for an app.

After a lot of research landed on this app to offer B2B sales on shopify. So far great experience, there is quite a bit of installation to be done but when it doesn't go right, support team steps up and solves every issue very quickly, very thankful to Emma for her help!

We use this app to setup wholesale accounts for our dealer. We had some issues with the price displaying properly for dealer accounts. However, Jonas, CuongNVM and Minh Tri were extremely helpful in getting the issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app if you are looking for a b2b solution on shopify.

I am very happy with this app. Above all, when I installed B2B/WHOLESALE SOLUTION, the application was not fully compatible with my Shopify theme and Emma and Minh Dang were able to do a serious and fast job so that everything could work! I had an issue with the quantity amount break function not updating in the cart and despite it being the weekend the team still fixed the issue. Great app functionality and exceptionally good customer service! We have very complex scenarios in our shop, involving selling to b2c and b2b customers in several countries and with different VAT rates and the BSS Commerce team did a great job in customizing the app to our needs. Especially Emma from customer support and Minh Dang the technician, who was working on our requirements very hard need to be mentioned. Without those two, we could not have realized our store the way we planned, so I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and clear communication for setting everything up in the way we needed it. This was very important, as we had our own customization in place, which needed to function properly with the app of BBS Commerce. The development team of BSS Commerce was able to integrate our own customization perfectly into the logics of their app, so we could get our desired results. During my time in e-commerce, I have worked with a lot of service providers, national and international, and I have to say, the BSS Commerce team stands out from all of them due their dedication and professional attitude and their flexibility! Even when I had a request during the Chinese New Year holiday, I was answered quickly and my request was resolved, even in this special time. Normally it is extremely unlikely to get feedback during this important national holiday, but the BSS Commerce team was there for us anyway.
