This seems to be one of the best B2B app with B2B features that has been very helpful for our business. The app does have various features and can be easily acitvated via the App Dashboard such as special prices for wholesale customers, order limit and etc. We have been discussing with the team via Whatsapp and Jonas (the agent support) has been very responsive in the meantime. Lately, we faced an issue with But It Now button and the technical guys (Leorio and Nguyen Dinh Khanh) have been checking very carefully and come up with a proper solution eventually. Now we can use B2B features for wholesale customers and at the same time, normal customers and visitors can still checkout and apply Discount Code from Shopify. Awesome support manner! In addition, BSS Pricing Plan for this application is quite reasonable comparing with other 3rd-party apps on the market. It also comes with 14-day free trial and free assistance. We would definitely recommend trying BSS Solution app. Again, appreciate for the team's efforts so far. Keep it up!

This is without a doubt the best support I have ever experienced for a Shopify app. We launched a website and some minor complications arose. Customer support Annie Tran was very quick and extremely efficient in helping me. Jonas is also very supportive in answering me via Whatsapp. I was really in trouble but then I tried calling their WhatsApp number and got through right away. And from here, the support was just extraordinary. Many thanks to the technician guys too, Cuongnvm, Duong Hoa Xuan and Pham Le Minh Tri for the quick fix. I used "Custom Pricing" and "Wholesale Registration Form" and the functions are really helpful in categorizing your customers and support them well. Overall, good app and customer support.

i had a great support from emma and the technicians (Vu Phi Hung and Cuongnvm); they helped me to configure the app with the goal that i wanted to reach with the app and Emma has been every time very fast to answer me. great service and this app is perfect for a b2b shop. We did a major customization for our wholesale side of the website and it was thanks to this app and its support, especially to Emma and Leorio. They both are great and able to give us the customization we need based on the requirements we gave them. Although we are in two different time zones - 12 hours apart, they will get back to me the very next day.

This is really the one app, that you need if you need to turn Shopify into a B2B shop. I use it for assinging prices to customer groups Special B2B customer registration with extra fields Registration approval for customer service. The support for this app is also great, they are in a different timezone, but they come back to me with a solution within 1 day to all of my problems so far. Thanks!

I used this app to help me providing Tax exempt for my B2B customers. The technical team has set up everything to me in my onlinestore which saved time and effort. Moreover, the app has many other features and function that are defeinately required for every onlinestore. Great support, and highly recommended. the only thing that i did not like is actually the fact the you can not get a single feature, in my case i wanted only Vat exempt while i unfortunately needed to pay to other features which i dont need which made somehow expensive for me.

Tons of flexibility with this app - it's incredibly helpful for us. We now use a few of the BSS Commerce apps. The B2B/Wholesale Solution has a lot of flexibility built into it - such as setting custom pricing, tagging that to appropriate wholesale customers - and even the functionality around manual orders is quicker than doing it in Shopify directly. I have to say though, the best part is the support team. Jonas, Hoa Xuan Duong and Pham Le Minh Tri are rock stars - I'm not a developer so my knowledge of customizing is limited. But these guys really jumped in and took on my requests, treating my business as their own. They helped me create the wholesale experience I wanted - quickly and accurately. Even providing suggestions for improvement along the way. Highly recommend the app and their support.

I used this application for our wholesaler project. I was quite worry because we have a lot of challenges such as multi currencies, multi languages, retail and wholesaler prices, etc. The support team is really attentive and responsive! Special mention to Emma and the technician who invested themselves in our project and answered all my questions.

Horrible. The prices load super slow and sometimes don't work for no reason. They were trying to fix this pricing errors and they did something wrong coding my theme and now the shopping cart is not working properly. Customer service is OK, they are all the time apologizing. They can't give solutions.
