I've had a fantastic experience with BSS! All my three stores are using the same app.Their service and products are top-notch. The app was not only easy to use but also incredibly effective for my needs. The support team was exceptionally helpful, promptly addressing any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend BSS for their excellent service, user-friendly products, and outstanding support.

I had a problem and thought it was the app. Afterwards it turned out to be due to a setting in my webshop. Customer Service rating: 5 stars Really happy with the support from the BSS team. They make it easy to work together to find a solution to any of the questions I have. Joy and Jena have been so nice and helpful! App Review: 3 stars This is not a plug an play app. EVERYTHING needs to be installed by the dev team. The flow of how everything works for desktop, requires you to also explicitly request for mobile and tablet as well. This is frustrating when personally, I'd expect the same behaviour for all devices as a default, not the exception. This has led to much frustration. The only saving grace is that they have been able to provide great customer service and quick solutions to all of the issues raised. However, there have been MANY issues.

I've been using two of BSS software for a while now and have been pleased with the results. It has taken some getting used to and most of the features are intuative, but anything I was unable to find out on my own, the support staff was generally helpful and quick to respond. This solution has worked well for our site and wholesale orders, so we will continue to be a customer as long as shopify allows.

This app is a complete scam. They download it, it doesn't work. They tell you that you need to upgrade. Ok, I upgraded. Then they tell you their developers need to modify something. It's been 2 months and the app still will not work. Their customer service team is terrible. They just waste your time on purpose. I talk to them every night and they still just say they're working on stuff. Joy specifically has completely wasted my time. If you download this app, you'll end up chatting with Joy while the app is never fixed. Good luck. After 2 months, I'm cancelling this app.

This feature has what we needed for our website and functions are super easy to use. Moreover, the customer support is AMAZING. The team is genuine and always willing to help out with any questions. I would highly recommend this app to small business because BSS's customer service almost feels like they are part of your team - they address your questions asap, find solutions, and follow up with you after. 10/10.
