Would like to first of all note that we had great support from Stephanie who was very prompt and helpful with any of our questions. Our main challenge was to find a way to a. keep the entire product catalog hidden from view for unregistered users, b. show products but not prices for unvetted users, and c. show products and prices for vetted users. With Stephanie's help we were able to accomplish this very neatly!

The customer service is great - Initially I wasn't able to hide some pages as I'd customised some of my templates, but the team quickly made alterations to make it work for me once I'd reported the issue.

We had some initial set up difficulties but Stephanie was really quick to respond and the problem was sorted straight away. We haven't used the app for long but so far it seems to work for what we want.

Very good app. Does what we want. Once you know where to navigate within the app its quite powerful and you set your login policy based on your business rules.

We were having difficulties creating a new rule for trade account access and Stephanie helped us resolve this issue! Very efficient/helpful and showed us the detailed changes to be made/made the changes in the back end for us! 100% love using this product and the customer service is top notch!

In my store, I have an area where different users get different products, based on their log-in account. This gives me a perfect solution for my regular customers with their own agreements and their own products. You will get a superb support, if - or when, you need some help.

Very good app. Even better service from the app team! The app is a great tool to protect access to specific section of your store, such as pages, collections or products. It might require you to restructure your store a bit to get all the best benefits from the app, but the team offers great support to set this up. They will even do some code work for free to make sure everything works well with your custom template.

This app is easy to install and use. Had to change how it looked at first, but that was easily fixed by the team. Customer service is great!

Using this with the B2B system from the same team worked wonders on our trade site. Locking out pricing and only showing the customer their personalised prices is exactly what we needed.

Let me save you some time. This app wants you to download this App and sister App to pay for two features! After loosing many brain cells I realized and deleted App. I found Gorilla Wholesale.. what a blessing. They are fair and give 30 day trial period and you dont have to download another of their apps to add features. B2B people are not dumb you can roll them both into one App then you might have a winner. Thanks but no thanks!

These guys are trying to charge $50/month for the most essential features - not a good way to build your customer base if you ask me. Reply To Developer: You guys are absolute price gouging small businesses, entrepreneurs, and people just starting out by holding the most essential features at an insane amount per month - especially in the time of covid where people have lost their jobs and are continually trying to find new avenues to provide for their families, what you guys do by holding out the features that people need behind a $600/year paywall is despicable.

Fantastic support provided very quickly - Stephanie seems to be allergic to sleep! The app is fundamental to my business model and is a model I struggled to find support for, before coming across this app. Really impressed with it.
