Excellent App and Outstanding Support! I've been using the Avada SEO app to optimize my website, and I must say it's been a game-changer. Had some issues initially with the Turbo Speed Up feature but the team worked hard and put in a lot of efforts to help fix it and actually speed up my site. They put in genuine effort and fixed everything they could to achieve this. Thanks team! Will recommend for sure!

I have been using this app for years, and it gets better and better. It has so many useful features, and in easy to understand language. If you want to go a little deeper, there are videos and tutorials that are helpful, and not boring and overly technical. The app is so easy to use that I''ve hardly ever needed help, but when I have they are right on top of it. Should out to Ricky, who was a star for me.

I had an issue with duplicate meta titles and descriptions and as a non-tech person contacted AVADA helpdesk. Tiana got in contact with me updated on results. Raymond was the tech lead on this and quickly identified the issue (not to do with AVADA I should say) and resolved it for me. I have to say I offered to do this review as opposed to be asked, as when a job exceeds expectations in both and delivery we should be saying thanks. I had some issued with meta descriptions, and slow access to my shopify site, particularly on mobile devices. Penelope and Andrew were quick to assist me, and to begin to resolve these issues. I really like this product, and it helps to make my site more efficient. However, some fixes require modifying the theme, and adding code, which I am not comfortable doing.
