o suporte deles são muito rápidos e atenciosos, a lydia (que faz parte do time de suporte) me atendeu super bemm! e muito rápido msm, ela me ajudou em uma questão que eu n estava conseguindo resolver, e resolveu pra mim em menos de 1 minutoo!! mt braba, melhor suporte que já vi!. em relação a otimização de imagens para aumentar a velocidade da loja, eu esperava um pouco mais, mas n deixa a desejar, até pq foi no plano gratuito ent obviamente é so um quebra galho por ser gratuito, mas ajuda mt viu mt msm, só n me ajudo mt pq creio q seje outra questão de minha responsabillidade. no geral, app perfeito!

Some problems encountered with the application but support is almost always available (even on weekends). Tony and Audrey are very responsive, they quickly understand the problem and ensure perfect follow-up on its resolution.

I had an issue while testing the app, and the service rep Chin, the technician Toby, fixed it in a few minutes!

Emily was giving great help on my needs , she has asked his technical to help on the issue we have encountered , the total resolve time is around 30 mins. but it worth it. Thank you Avada and Emily
