Amazing app with a large amount of features. The customer service is amazing and quick, any and all our issues are resolved fully and quick. Audrey and Tony was able to help us with an issue we where having with very little effort from our end, and even ended with additional features being added to help us. While Customer service exceeded my expectations (thank you Tiana!) and they were able to boost my speeds to a sufficient amount, the app does have some quirks. It can be quite confusing to navigate and pinpoint what is exactly causing your issues. But, despite these small things here and there, it is a breeze compared to other SEO apps on the marketplace as Avada does most of the fixes completely on its own. Thanks again for the help Tiana!

Some problems encountered with the application but support is almost always available (even on weekends). Tony and Audrey are very responsive, they quickly understand the problem and ensure perfect follow-up on its resolution.

o suporte deles são muito rápidos e atenciosos, a lydia (que faz parte do time de suporte) me atendeu super bemm! e muito rápido msm, ela me ajudou em uma questão que eu n estava conseguindo resolver, e resolveu pra mim em menos de 1 minutoo!! mt braba, melhor suporte que já vi!. em relação a otimização de imagens para aumentar a velocidade da loja, eu esperava um pouco mais, mas n deixa a desejar, até pq foi no plano gratuito ent obviamente é so um quebra galho por ser gratuito, mas ajuda mt viu mt msm, só n me ajudo mt pq creio q seje outra questão de minha responsabillidade. no geral, app perfeito!
