Had a really great, fast and fluent experience with the support team. I appreciate the help even though it was a small issue. I was having an issue with making the cookies bar actually pop up on the website. Although it was a very simple fix, stupid even. Support stuck by my side making sure I had everything set up correctly and working properly. Thanks again!

I had problems setting up Avada: Cookie DSGVO Compliant and Avada SEO Suite. I met Hana during support. She is breathtaking and immediately offered me help with both apps and took care of all the settings for me. She is also super friendly and personable I've never had customer service before, thanks Hana

The app works as it should and have lots of premium features. The install was easy and with help of chat support with Esther i figured out if it indeed was set up correctly =)

Super simple to set, especially for those of us that are not great with legal wording. Customer support has been fantastic. Hana really helped me out with what I needed and was very efficient and kind in doing so.

I had an issue with the cookie banner occuring again and again even when clicking on "Accept" or "Deny". Luckily, I got help from Prakash regarding my issue. His reply was very fast.
