So far it's been pretty good, but there's been some issues with the subscription portion when I changed from simple to debut theme, but the support team team has helped us out on that the next day so that helped a lot. The support team is actually quite helpful, and responds quite quickly. For the free version you get to have a list of subscribers, but it doesn't sync to your shopify store, I have been informed for the pro version this happens though. One thing that could be improved is perhaps the template to enable collection of subscriber names or some customisation on that part? as not everyone has a friendly email. Besides that one thing to improve on would be the speed of when the teaser button appears, as of now it takes about 2-3 seconds to appear, it's not a big issue, but it does slow the store down slightly! I recommend this app!

I used AVADA to create sign-up forms and welcome series which work smoothly on my site. It has an easy-to-use and flexible email editor. Even not being a good designer, I can create my email professionally as they detect and suggest a lot of designing options that match my brand color. So smart!

Absolutely love this app. It is beginner-friendly and optimized for automation workflows. Also there are many pre-built email presets that save lots of time for me to run a campaign. In general a great choice so far!

I've had this app for about 4 months since my store opening did not look at the benefits it offered been busy doing extra hard work for no reason. Finally, jump on it and started my research inquiries about the how-to and its perks. My luck got connected with a great support rep who went beyond to ensure things worked smoothly for me. Shout out to Rainy one of the best no matter my silly question she had an answer and always hit me with a smiley face. Super happy now and all because of that customer rep interaction.

An extremely useful app which is both intuitive and feature rich considering that entry level is free. Most importantly its supported very well - Any problems are dealt with promptly - Jasmine has been excellent. Would recommend.

I downloaded this app for the abandoned cart function as well as getting started with email marketing. From the moment I added it, I've been receiving email marketing from AVADA, which I have pressed unsubscribe on repeatedly. After unsubscribing 4 times, I am still receiving their emails, which breaches national privacy laws. My experience with this software is terrible. Not to mention the terrible english throughout their platform, how can I expect them to carry out my email marketing respectfully if they aren't even treating me respectfully? I do not recommend, pick any other service. I'm also fairly certain that their reviews are fake, because I am shocked that every other customer is experiencing 5 star service, that's simply not true.

I would give this app a good rating for their customer service! I am using this app to automate welcome email and newsletter subscription pop-up (available for free). Not sure how is the performance & what happens once I reach my contacts limit for the free plan yet but so far so good. I've had some problems creating the email and the agent on live chat (Jasmine) is super helpful!

This app is one of the many fantastic apps Avada makes and not only does it work great but the support is first class. I had an issue where I was not able to get the email campaign setup to send a report and they went into my dashboard and made all the corrections and adjustments and tested the sequence for me. They will go the extra mile to make sure your intended sequence is setup correctly and triggered accordingly. Can't say enough about how efficient and fast they are in answering support questions or even ensuring that their apps work as per your wishes. Strongly recommended all their apps.
