Lydia from The Avada Email Marketing & SMS app has been great to deal with when setting up email automations for our Shopify account. So far it has been exactly what we have been looking for to streamline some of our processes.

I've had a couple questions on using this as the app is new to me. Support has been wonderful! Sunny was fast, efficient, and helped resolve my issue within 5 minutes. I am super happy so far, and I am glad that support is 24/7. I work odd hours and it's nice to know someone will be there when I need them

Very disappointed with Avado. I spent the time personalizing my emails to automatically send and it appeared that they were working on the issue, but they were not. Left me with no explanation or explanation.

Avada is very thorough and their customer service team is excellent. When I have an issue, Emily resolves it quickly and responds with detailed responses to my questions and screenshots.

Yep, I love this app!! As a small business, I needed something that was easy to use and affordable - I found it right here! The one small issue I did have was resolved quickly by Liz on the support chat. Was a human error on my part and she had it solved right away. This is my second app with Avada and I'm so impressed with them! As my email list hopefully grows, I will stay right here with them because of the great service I have had from the beginning! Thanks again, Liz! You're the best!

The app is good for customizing the newsletters but the servers they use are very bad, always getting blocked by the browser or antivirus. Had clients telling me too. My antivirus always finds their redirect server which they probably use for tracking the conversions as malware . Customer service is not great either. Shame I will be moving to a competitor.
