I unfortunately had a serious problem, as fake subscribers from Shopify suddenly invaded my account in Avada. But the team helped me out and the issue is now fixed to my great satisfaction. A special thank you to Liz from Avada service team

something wrong with the app it doesnt work but they told me and refund the money all good now

I would highly reccomend this app to anyone starting a new store with limited funds as they do help as much as possible, I had an issue with my eamil marketing and "Hana" was very helpful and helped me get the issue resolved very quickly. Thank you Hana for assising me and helping out to resolve my situation, keep up the great work.

They're the best! Customer support is real and handles things quickly, they'll diagnose & solve your problems faster than a kid can make a scoop of ice cream disappear AND are friendly while doing it. The app is pretty straight forward and is pretty user friendly if you don't have a lot of experience with marketing and website pop ups. If you do run into an issue a quick chat with the support team will help fix that in no time! Shout out to Hana who helped sort an issue in super speed and was really friendly!
