It's powerful and allows you to create basically whatever discount promo you want.. too bad it doesn't always work consistently.

App is working good, just needed some time to get that the external name of the prmotion need to be changed in the shop and has to be connected in the app. After 2 hours the connection was there and the promotion could be used again. ADG has been really helpful for running our tiered automatic discounts. Their customer support is extremely responsive - they're quick to get back to us on questions/issues and open to suggestions to boost the user experience for our customers!

Shopify limits automatic discounts to 25 items which is very limiting. That is why I choose ADG . And I like the Success Fee plan on ADG . ADG onboarding expert Ron Mitre was very helpful.

ADG is very helpful in making discount codes easier for merchants, and their support team is fast and reliable.

The app functions smoothly and boasts an attractive interface; however, the pricing model leaves much to be desired. Charging 2.9% of my sales for this app seems exorbitant as i only use automatic discounts on checkout. Even the 0.6% option, though relatively acceptable, becomes burdensome when coupled with the additional $45 monthly fee. It becomes impractical to sustain this kind of expense for an app that I only utilize sporadically in my shop. The substantial flat fee of $45 is not justified for an app I'll stop using this app after this charge.

The app works and looks pretty good but the pricing model makes no sense. 2.9% of my sales for the app like this is outrageous. 0.6% is a lot, but acceptable I guess??? 0,6% on top of $45 every month is ridiculous. This is not a type of promotion I am running all the time in my shop. I am not willing to pay a pretty high flat fee of $45 for the app I am going to use only from time to time. You want to charge your client 45 dollars no matter what. You don't care if I use the app or not. Then, you expect me to split my profit with you on top of it, when I actually make a promotion and generate sales with the app (I already paid for). Now you care if I made sales with it. I finished the promotion on my store and I would like to disable the app for now, but I can't. Should I just run the promotion all the time? Should I pay you $45 for nothing? Should I pay you $45 for 10 days of using the app and then give you part of my profit too, uninstall the app and then install it again and configure everything from the start again???? I just can't wrap my head around this whole concept. How people agree to this is beyond me. I wish I could work with you, but it just doesn't make sense.

So far, so great! I was able to successfully configure the ADG app and the specific promotion I had in mind without any hassle. RG was extremely helpful in making sure I had configured my promotion correctly and troubleshooting when I ran into an issue. They answered promptly and clearly, making me feel taken care of and confident in my first promotion with the app. Though I haven't run the promotion yet, I am looking forward to seeing its results.

We use the app to apply discounts to product variants which is not possible natively in Shopify. The app works fine and the support is very helpful. Just the pricing might lead to us implementing the functionality by ourselves.

We have received the worst service in the last three months, and if we had zero stars, I would take it in a heartbeat. Their apps charge high commissions and give very poor service. They charge commission for all the orders in our store that use promo codes, even though these orders and discounts are not generated by their APP. They wrongly collect over a thousand dollars, and this error continues. They always tell you that we are trying to fix this BUG, but in fact they do nothing, they continue this error every day. They promised to refund the money, but soon after they made the payment, they complained to PayPal to refund them. They did all this without any communication or explanation to us. Now they have got the refund back, and their mistake is still continuing. Keep your eyes peeled, users, and double-check your bills. What happened to us may be happening to you, too, but you may not be aware of it.

I have received the best customer service ever. (Shout out to RG) I was having some problems with the automatic discount and I got a step by step help. They made a loom video so I can easily understand and visual see exactly what I needed to do. I've been on Shopify for 4 years and I wish all the other apps and developers were like this. Excellent service!!

first deal quite easy to set up but then the nightmare starts. 4 weeks later the support doesn't even understand a basic need and basic business set up. They answer but make you repeat your need everytime. I've repeat it in 4 different ways and with exemple but still everything is wrong. They don't even pay attention to what has already been set up in your back office. when you want to set up a deal for a limited time, make sure to anticipate 5 month before to be sure to not miss the date of your sales.
