Excellent App, it lets you do the essentials of multiple discounts at the time. very recommended. Add more rules options Please!

I dont know what you have done with this app. It no longer works in my store an the dashboard is terrible. If it aint broke dont fix it.

I love it. I had a small issue at first, contacted support on their slack, and they got back to me within 20 minutes. No issues since. It's a great tool.

Works great! Exactly what we were looking for, for our wholesale portal.

This has helped us in many ways. The biggest is on our wholesale store where we use this to lock down access to all products unless a customer is tagged with "dealer" or "approved". If they are, then when they log-in, they see everything and can order easily. This is a simple and highly useful app. We are very grateful for it.

Great app with excellent support. Don't believe anyone saying they have bad support or that their service is unreliable - that's the competition trying to give them a bad rep. They answered my query on a Sunday on the Slack channel and they are releasing a brand new update that makes this app better than ever. Until Shopify starts giving everyone the most basic of features in the cart, this app is gold.

Looks like it stops working sometimes, pop up doesnt show up every time, and support takes a few days to reply. Replies are vague. I was initially liking it, but now i will need to remove it if it DOESNT work as published.

The app works just as described and is very easy to set up. I highly recommend if you are looking for something to set up automatic discounts.

Found a bug and Derek give me an awesome customer service. It's working all fine now and I'm sure he is dedicated improving and making this app Great.

We have use this app for our holiday sales and it is working just like it said it would! Thank you. I was a little stressed as many of the more complicated apps say they will do something then it takes me more time to research and watch videos to figure out how to use it. This app is simple and straight forward.

This app does exactly what it says it will without taking our time to futz with the theme itself, which is great! Automatically applying the coupon works well, but we have had some complaints about the fact that the coupon isn't visible until checkout - having the option of displaying a top bar with a "Coupon applied" message would be phenomenal.

It's stopped working and it's caused major issues midway through an ad campaign and now we have lots of angry customers who thought they were getting money off! The back office now displays 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu) Not good.

Everything here worked as advertised. It was easy to set up and simple to use. This is a great app for applying automatic discounts based on set rules at the end of checkout. It can be advantageous at times to bypass customer entry of the coupon code. After you set the rules for the discount it only takes a few minutes before it's active on the store. Nice app, thanks!

Not always working. I've upgraded to premium but my rules are not being applied which defeats the purpose.

This app is great. It is annoying to only see the discount at checkout, but this is probably Shopify's limitation. One little suggestion to the developers is to include a banner stating the discount on all pages the visitor surf until going to checkout page. All the while for every items added to their cart, the banner shows the discounted price or savings or discounted total.

Excellent App. Just what I needed! We have some very specific rules that are a pain to handle manually and Automatic Discount takes care of them seamlessly. Thanks! And their support is top-notch. Good sense of humor, too!

The app is great and it works, however I would love some more customization so that I can change what the visitor sees when they come to our site. Very useful though!

After my first attempt to install this app it wouldn't work but after a quick uninstall and reinstall it works perfectly!

This app is OK... pretty much the only app I could find that would do quantity discounts well without a crazy amount of install code. However, it has a couple major issues: 1) For quantity discounts, it will show the customers the discount at checkout but not on the cart page. This causes confusion with our customers as they are wondering why the discount isn't applied. 2) It shows the coupon code at checkout. This makes it very easy for someone to simply copy the code, change the qty in the cart, and checkout with a big discount. For instance, there is nothing that prevents someone from adding 5 items to their cart, getting the code, removing 4 items, pasting the code in the discount box, and checking out with the 5 qty discount with only 1 item. 3) The biggest issue: you can't offer qty discounts on multiple individual items. Shopify only allows one discount to be applied per transaction, so you can only have one discount applied. This prevents someone from getting discounts for multiple different items with tiered pricing. My hunch is that most of these issues are problems with the shopify platform, as all of these quantity discount apps seem to have the same limitations. Shopify needs to fix this.

I appreciate this app as I was looking for a way to give my Canadian customers an automatic discount to help counter the low value of the Canadian dollar. Derek responds quickly to questions. At this time, the discount only appears after the customer clicks the checkout button. It would be much better if the discount appeared at the cart stage and I hope that they can make this improvement in the future.

The app was not working properly earlier, might be a reason I was not using it in a correct manner. But from last one week it's working perfectly fine. I made the changes today in my discounts and in a span of 2 min changes took place and automatic discount was applied.

Simple yet effective. We made a promo where you buy 3 t-shirts, and you get $10 off. That alone boosted our sales by over 10%!
