Yvonne did a very good job of answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction for training since I am brand new to AutoDS and drop shipping. I still have a question that she forwar to billing that is yet to be answered. that's the reason to a 4 star review. I hope that the rest of my time with AutoDS and their customer support will be the same experience. We'll that didn't work out well. I canceled my subscription less than 1 hour after viewing the site and I am in limbo at this point. I paid a full year and did not receive the discount that was advertised and now not getting a response for a full refund. I had a 14 day free trial so we shall see!! I lowered my rating due to the issues. Also got up sells once inside the app. I thought I had paid for them, but they were blocked out! Hi "Morning Java Gifts and More"!
