I didn't even get past the trial period. You can't really build a full site when a shirt has 68 variations and each variation counts against your import number. I had 5 products posted when I got an error stating I've reached my 500 import limit. Do not recommend the use of this app or platform. So far, they have taken more than $500 AUD and refused to fulfill my customer's order after multiple attempts to fix this; I had no choice but to be refunded so I could pay my customer back. Auto Ds does not communicate refunds; they take the money. It is best to understand their terms and conditions, which are up to 15%. Still, they took the complete 15%, costing me $150 USD, without making a sale, and then fees from the transfer. It's been the most expensive first experience with this company. Customer service is all over the place. You never get to speak to the same person, so that is where my issue stemmed from. Very frustrating and very upsetting, and I wouldn't trust this platform.
