Best perk is that they have customer support 24/7. Just having that as a vendor partner is a huge plus and make me feel like they're here for me.

Customer support on this app is very prompt. Staff help a lot when needed and are always there. Dorina especially has been helpful with providing me with honest and accurate information.

Got quick and great support from both Thanos and Dorina when having some questions about my AutoDS account. Although I did not have time to fully experience all of its services, AutoDS seems like a great app.

Update: they emailed me to ask how they could make me happy. They offered to refund me. I accepted and agreed to take down this review, just as a courtesy on my part. Yuval was so thankful because she said it impacts her job performance. Then she proceeded to email me EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. begging me to do it. I told her she could expect it in 7-10 business days, the same time they gave for my refund to show up. She would not stop harassing me even though I asked her to stop and assured her I would take down the review. Bear in mind I was not obligated to do this, I was still only doing this as a courtesy since they offered me a refund. While I did receive my refund, I also received an email today in which they allege they will be suing me for defamation! That's it. That's the last straw. If she had just kept her mouth shut and left me alone and stopped harassing and threatening me, this review would be gone by now. But dear reader, I think it's important that I keep it up for you so you can read the full truth. This company behaves so bizarrely and harassing you via email seems to be a normal thing for them, from rep to rep. (Ignore their reply to me -- this occurrence clearly IS indicative of how things are run there.) I'd run, don't walk. ---------------- I needed to cancel and couldn't even access my dashboard on this app. I'm still technically subscribed but it keeps prompting me to subscribe. I am unable to cancel my account and if I were still using it and coming to manage my account, I would also be unable to do so. This makes it a worthless money-suck. Your products and inventory would just be sitting there helpless while they continuously ask you to subscribe again. I did message customer service about cancelling and they continued trying to funnel and upsell me 3 times. It was clear they were not listening because each time I explained my situation and they didn't respond to that at all, just the form letter upsell techniques. This whole experience makes me feel a bit scammy about them.

My first impression of this app is pretty good, easy to import products, editing pictures and the description. Especially the customer support is awesome! Thanos really helped me a lot with complex questions I struggled finding on the website!

This app made it so easy to get my store set up and launched quickly. I can pull products from all the vendors I want in one place, and I don't have to pay upfront costs before I start making money!

i am using this app for my shopify platform and it has been a great help to me and my staff however there are some correction to be made in this app like mention you count variants as products when buying plan it says products so it is not clear for many customers like me other than that it is a great app.

I enjoyed this app very much and it's very easy to use with tutorials. theres nothing i can spot because i am new to this system but if theres anything that needs changes i will sure to send a reply

I really love your product, well done to the team that designed this. It is user-friendly and easy to import products to my store and do bulk updates. Saving a lot of time on administration work. One thing that is not clear with this AutoDS is the "shipping cost". With my research, this is a challenge in getting the right shipping rate without losing money on shipment. I know there is an option to include shipping rates, however, it is not clear what the destination is for these shipping rates. Your support team has been very helpful thus far in obtaining this information for me. Overall I'm happy with your product and looking forward to working with you while growing my business.
