i would recommend auto ds to others, it is very useful and makes dropshipping easy and profitable.

Not the greatest experience. Good at grabbing drop shipping items off of sites and adding to your store but that is about it. Lots of hidden fees for functionality that works 50% off the time. No customer service. I am sure they would charge extra for service as they charge extra for everything on top of the monthly fee. Also, item variants count towards overall product allowance( yes there is a limit, unless you pay more) if you have different sizes and colors of 1 product it adds up fast. Do your homework before purchasing, wish i would have done more.

AutoDS is by far one of the easiest platforms to navigate and a great website for your store. I couldn't suggest it more!

It seemed like a good idea, but the product doesn't work correctly. There is no setup assistance, it demands a lot of busy work by the store owner and their customer service department is thoroughly confused. They refuse to provide support via screen share to help with setup or anything else, even after upgrading to the mentor program. I still haven't spoken with a mentor in over two days, with one customer service rep telling me via email that I'm not signed up for a mentor program and another telling me I have mentor privileges but never made a ticket. I've made two tickets, but they seem to be getting deleted by the rep who thinks I'm not authorized to have a mentor. This is the worst customer service I've encountered on Shopify thus far, and I experiment with many apps. 6/4/24 update: After I left a one-star review, the company offered me everything I wanted. I can't take them up on that because, after my experience with Auto-DS, I have lost all interest in trying again with them. Now, they want me to delete or change my review. The rep who promised to make everything right is telling me that this review reflects on them personally. I don't want my star rating to compromise her job, so I've changed this to a 5-star review even though I would not try this company again.

You have an amazing platform for drop shipping and an amazing selection of items. I like the fact that some of your items ship from the united states making for quick shipping times.

AutoDS makes everything so EASY.. especially when it comes to learning as a beginner. The 1 click auto import makes life a lot simpler when adding to my Shopify store. Can't wait to take this to a whole new level through AUTODS

This app is Fantastic and makes it so easy to start Drop shipping. I would have to say that the simple sharing is my favorite feature because it makes it so easy so insert the product to my Shopify store with ALL the details and NO sweat.

Great dropshipping tool.

As a beginner in e-commerce, AutoDS has been extremely user-friendly and helpful with getting my store setup with suppliers fast! While I'm still at the beginning of my journey, I see myself using AutoDS for the entirety my e-commerce adventures!

Super Easy

Super useful app, helped me design my products, and also helped me find my winning products. it was also very easy to contact the suppliers and they usually reply within 24 hours.

a good supplier app, tons of choices of different platforms & suppliers

Unfortunatelly this app gave me errors always with the only order I tried to do. The last was about wrong address, but the address was completelly right! 3 times different errors and one order made 26th of may yet not elaborated. AutoDS asks you to do a good review to give you credits, so I don't really believe in much of those nice reviews here. I putted 50€ of credit and let's see If I can get it back, than I will cancel my account. Good Lucky! -------------------------------- UPDATE: The CHAT never works, so I opened a ticket with them. They was tempestive to answer me by my refund request, BUT my balance was 50 EURO and they refund me only 42,50 DOLLARS. I asked my 11€ back, as once you put money in there, I had to put 52,50€ due to taxes and my balance was 50€ anyway... So only to TRY this AWFUL tool, I lost 13,50€ - Not a really ammount but mine. I hope they fix it, than never more AutoDS -------------------------- UPDATE They contacted me and gave me the other part of the money. For the app I give 1 star, for the aim to solve the problem, 4 stars. Average 2 stars. The positive part is that i felt an effort from them to improve their reputation solving the problem of money. For the others problems I don't know if it was fixed once I stopped to use the platform.
