I have just signed up for this apps, so I don't have experience using it yet. I have however experienced their tech support and it is stellar. I reached out to them through chat, the response was immediate and Yashvi was so patient with all of my questions. She helped me create my subscription plan, change design elements, and explained the differences between the different plans one can choose and the features each plan offers our clients. Yashvi also provided me with videos on how to continue modifying any parameters I'd like. The experience of this support was phenomenal and it is indicative of the quality of the app and the people behind it.

Great app, with plenty of useful features, the free plan is enough to start and higher plans offer more functionalities at affordable prices. The customer support is amazing, quick to respond and solve problems, they are able to customize the look and feel of the app on the front end, while also providing assistance for the back end. 5/5

The app I was looking for! A few years back I had another business that used the famous (very expensive and that charges fees) one and Appstle works just exactly the same! The best part of Appstle is the great customer service they have Congratulations!

An amazing app, so easy to use but on if you do need help the team are incredible at what they do! if you need an app to help with subscriptions, look no further!

downloaded this to have a look about. ended up not using it. I unistalled it and its left files and crap everwhere. poor coding

Great app! Customer service is amazing! I have reached out to them a few times and they are always super helpful. Today I was working with Yashvi she was fantastic. Great customer service who are fast and efficient at getting any queries sorted. The engineers have been able to customise the widget to my store requirements as well as guide me through processes to better understand it. Great service and a great app - I'd highly recommend.

If you’re looking at Bold, Recharge, Subbly etc I would strongly urge you to consider Appstle. Far more flexible, no need to create separate products for gift subscription directions, smart loyalty options and discounts for customers as well as working with Shopify 2.0 stores. The pricing is much more accessible and the support team has been great with their responses, often sending videos so I can clearly see what I need to do. My initial concern was using an app I hadn’t heard of but if it means anything, it’s great.

Great product and extremely fast response time from the developers. Recommend to anyone interested in subscriptions.

So far this app gets 5 stars from me... I just launched my subscription box less then a month ago and I have already made some sales and have subscriptions for the whole year. It is very easy to use and the customer service is very good. I'm very very happy with this app. I recommend it.
