Kate has been a great help in integrating the customer data from my old subscription company (which is now out of business). She made the process seamless. Edit: Unfortunately, I will be switching to a different app. You cannot reschedule, edit, or cancel customer subscriptions without the $ 100 USD business premium. This is vital for my business, as often customers ask me to edit their subscriptions for them. This would cost over $1200 a year, which is not reasonable. Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.

Recently migrated from Recharge as they were becoming way too expensive (monthly fees and % of sales) and the catalog was never synching correctly, customer service didn't exists and customers were also always having issues modifying their Recharge subscription settings. It was a little scary at first to execute the migration, but everything went very smoothly. Although Appstle does not integrate with some of the software we use, I am so much happier with the system they provide. We barely get any questions about modifying subscriptions and the catalog is seamless and instantly updated. Support is very quick to respond as well. Highly recommend. Thank you!
