The support agents are excellent!

We have just moved from using Recharge to using Appstle. The process of moving our clients over from one to another has been seamless, the customer service is outstanding. They respond really quickly to any questions and send evidence of their work to help you understand the process. So far I have set up a couple of subscriptions and they are really easy to create.

Do not migrate to Appstle from another system! The migration has been a disaster and we have lost tens of customers and a lot of revenue. Appstle's customer service are helpful, and Muhammad in particular is very good, but the software is appalling. Even though it was more expensive, I should DEFINITELY have stayed with Bold.

Been trying so many subscription apps, and after reading about Appstle, I decided to try it. PERFECTO! It suits my business like a glove. I was unsure in the beginning, but Nancy expertly assisted me in setting it up perfectly. I was so anxious in getting my subscription done and Appstle and Nancy made it perfect for me. If you are still thinking of a subscription app, use Appstle. get a CS expert to assist you and then you decide if this is world class. I did. 5 stars.

Easy to use and set up subscription service. Customer support was super quick and they fixed my issue within 10 mins. They then also helped change my widget to suit the theme, making the integration seemless.

Appstle is a very well put together app. Anytime I needed guidance from their technical team, they have responded within the first couple minutes.

I'm still in the process of testing the app but for now I give 5 stars basically because of the excellent customer support I received from someone called Kehanvi. Update 2023-02-08: The app is really great with lots of functions and the technical support team is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I keep my score of 5! Update 2024-04-04: Unfortunately I cannot give more than 5 stars. I confirm, great technical support, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in combination with a great app!

My experience has been excellent so far. I needed some support when first installing the app, and it has been great. Jackson helped me to install a widget on my homepage, as well as address some other concerns. It was quick and easy!

Immediately I was so happy with this app and the team behind it. When I reached out for help not only did they answer my question within 2 minutes, they also went above and beyond to make sure that my widget matched my site. All within the free plan that I selected and never pressured me into an upsell. So happy I chose this app.
