The app is very powerful and has a bit of a learning curve, but the customer support is bar none! Communication is quick, videos of how-tos provided, a reply within 5 minutes. We have been using the app for our subscriptions for 2 years and have had a great experience. The app is easy to use and integrates well with our ENVY theme. We had one issue when moving to a different theme, but Nancy from the help desk was extremely quick to respond to our issue without experiencing any downtime. We love Appstle! The app super easy to use, set up and understand and has a ton of options that allow you to customize your subscriptions fully. Additionally, they have amazing customer service! I emailed them with some questions and the support I got from Brooks on their team was above & beyond!
