Haven't used this app for long but was struggling with figuring out how to project a subscription widget on my web page builder through code as the two apps aren't integrated. I messaged the live chat for help and they have been very helpful with talking to me and doing their best to help me with my issue. Very good customer service, very friendly to talk to, and helpful when needed. Update: The widget has been done! I highly recommend this app the team are great and have helped me with my problem when I was ready to give up on the idea completely, they have done it very fast, and in a day and age where everything extra comes at a cost, they have helped me and sorted this widget without any charges, completely free! Brilliant customer service and a great app!

Good app, easy to implement, and really good and dynamic support BUT the app do not work with stripe, only shopify payment (not available for every country) or paypal

Just installed the app today. Setup was pretty straight forward. I ran into some issues from my prior subscription service app leaving code behind. Bhalsod was super responsive and helpful despite it being after 1:00am. He even went into my store and deleted the code to make everything work great. He was also easy to talk to. I'm happy so far!

I am using this app to create a monthly plant subscription box. It is easy to set up with the directions provided, but I did need extra help. They walked me through it and set it up through chat. On a Sunday afternoon, even. Great customer service!

EXCELLENT SUPPORT FROM HUSSAIN, he is very helpful, supportive, patient. He works extremely hard to understand the customer request. He is very detail oriented and know his job very well. The app is wonderful but Shopify alignment needs to be improved.

I really like this subscription selling application. We just switched over from Bold since Appstle had a much more reasonable pricing model and allowed for more customization on the customer's side. It is very user friendly, has a lot of features that are very easy for customers to use, and has a significant level of customization if you wish to. I had to use the help center/live chat to work out a few questions, and Hussein was extremely helpful.

We use Appstle for our monthly memberships. We ran into an issue where our add to cart button was not working within our template. They responded right away and sent an update to correct the issue. GREAT customer service. The product is also easy to navigate and use. Highly recommend.

I used this app to set up a regular subscription for our customers to receive fabric to their house. Much easier than entering CC's and information with an EFPOS. Highly recommend to any business which needs an automatic payment regulator. Also extremely good customer service, all my problems solved very efficiently.

was looking to switch to another monthly recurring app and gave this app a shot. got to say, the customer service is so prompt and helpful and also super efficient! definitely gonna stick with this one!
