J'ai essayé de nombreuses applications pour gérer des abonnements. En France, ce n’est pas simple puisque nous ne pouvons pas utiliser Shopify Payment. Je ne suis pas super à l'aise avec le code et à force d'essayer plusieurs apps j'ai mis un peu le bazar dans le code. Junaid s'est proposé de m'aider sur plusieurs sujets. Franchement, le service client est au top et l'application propose un niveau de configuration très intéressant. Je recommande cette application sans hésiter.

I worked with Muhammad for support and he was absolutely fantastic. Immediate responses, helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make things right for me. So far, very happy with the app.

We have only just installed the app, however within the first hour we needed help and the support replied after just 5 minutes and got the app up and running for us.

Set up presented some challenges (due to my inexperience) but Junaid sorted it all right out. Great support and looks like it's going to be a great app for my site!

I only just installed this app today, so I cannot yet speak to its long term success. But so far, customer service response has been very fast and efficient. My tech made the updates for the app to work with my theme within about 15 minutes of my logging on to the chat window. UPDATE: Early into implementing this app I ran into an issue with the way the app was handling multiple variants on products. Tech support was very responsive and had it fixed within 1 business day (actually, I the developers fixed it over the weekend which is slightly amazing) UPDATE 2: after we had appstle up and running, we discovered the manage subscription was not showing up for our customers. The appstle team had it fixed within the hour

So far the app is great no complains at all, it has everything you need to manage and grow your subscriptions, and the best part is that the customer service is great and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend this app.

Support is amazing, really helped me set up super fast and did some customization to the look and feel of the widgets.

Super quick and easy setup, and instant live assistance was available to assist me. The app setup is perfect for my subscription class business, with plenty of options for setting up just the right subscription model.

Very flexible tool at a great price. Very good customer service that works with you to figure out how to do what you want to do -- and actually lets you know when something won't work too, so that you don't waste your time.

Great company, super responsive, did all my customization requests. Highly recommended! Few areas to improve: 1. Customer Portal - would be great if you will add the ability to change the colors, fonts, text like other sections. (only available via custom CSS). 2. Add Subscription Conversation Rate to dashboard! How many subscriptions are placed out of total orders placed. This is a key metric. 3. Lifetimely - add this as integration!

All the customer support folks have been great, and Muhammad was particularly amazing in helping me migrate my existing subscription customers over to Appstle. It all went really smoothly, and the amount of customization available within the app itself is quite impressive. I also really appreciate the pricing tiers to help me build my subscriptions in a reasonable manner. Looking forward to growing with Appstle's capabilities.

Our store had very specific needs and after trialling out and testing numerous other apps, we found Appstle. The app is incredibly flexible and a lot more affordable than any of the other options but the real cherry on top is the customer service. We had A LOT of questions, and customer service (multiple reps) were quick to respond and resolve any of our issues or concerns. I cannot recommend this app enough!

We were looking for a subscription app that allowed us to have subscription plans based on specific variants. Appstle does that and much more. It is an amazing subscription app with a very well organized menu and a nice and clean look & feel. Muhammad, Junaid & Hussain from the support team are truly amazing. They are super quick to answer questions and go the extra mile suggesting what might work best. Simply 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys!
