While this APP will not work for me, it is due to shopify's limitations and not the APPs fault. I was in a long back and forth with the APPs team in regards to different limitations and they either added the ability for them or are working on adding them. they are very communicative and are doing their best to make sure that the app will work for everyone. There are 2 cons that I can not get past which is why I am deleting this APP 1 -- Shopify does not allow for the shipping rate to change from order to order. Since my rates are received by API from UPS and FedEx they change daily. Also if a customer made a subscription for 1 item and later changed to 5, my shipping cost will go up but the cost he is charged will be for the initial 1. 2 -- When creating a subscription, it becomes available to anyone purchasing it, so if I negotiate a special price for a specific customer on a subscription basis then it becomes available for everyone. I am sure that this is something that they can fix, but I did not get that far with them as the shipping issue came up 1st.

This is a new app, and I was just working on the installation. At 11 pm at night, they came on support chat within about 15 minutes and helped me where I was stuck and were very responsive. I can only say I am incredibly impressed with their customer service!

Just downloaded. Looks like very good subscription app- a lot of customization and flexibility. Like it so far Support is great and fast as capable to tune the app. Automatic set up need improvement anyway. Highly recommend that team.

I installed this app as I was really looking for a subscription-based add-on for my products. It was great to finally find a totally free, non-commission one. I'm using this app for a t-shirt subscription service. After having challenges with one app service (mainly no customer service contact), a Spotify rep suggested this new service Appstle. We tried it due to reviews and some desperation for an answer. What we found was incredibly responsive and helpful customer service, swift and informed answers, and quick changes when feedback is suggested. It's beyond my expectations customer service wise, which is the BIGGEST thing for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After trying other subscription options, I've decided to incorporate Appstle to the store. Since my catalog is large, I've also suggested for them to develop bulk import functionality and the team has been very responsive (much appreciated, Vikas). I'm hopeful they will deliver on my requests, however, based on my interactions so far, I definitely recommend others to try them out. Ultimate value will naturally be valued down the line, but they seem open and eager to actively support customers at this initial stage. UPDATE: the support team came through as promised, and thought the bulk import feature is still not released for production, they responded 100% to my needs: they ran the process on their end, and now all of my catalog has the properly customized widget available. I still look forward to having that functionality embedded at the user level soon. Big thanks again to the entire team.

I chose this app because I was attracted to the well-designed UI. Of course, it has all the features you need. I'm especially happy with full-time support. I am Japanese and not good at English, but they kindly helped me solve the problem.

After trying many subscription apps whith each one disappointing more than the other, I finally came across Appstle. Firstly I was so impressed by their pricing structure and secondly their support is second to none. Friendly, and super capable, I am definitely sticking with this company. I was very impressed with the quick customer service by the team. They made some customisations for me to suit my needs and I never had to wait too long for a reply. The app seems to be working fine which is a great start!
