Really simple to setup and great customer support. Its also user friendly for our customers and allows them to monitor and adjust their subscriptions which is exactly what we were looking to do. Looking forward to being able to manually input subscriptions for offline customers when feature is released.

I had a small issue with theme and the support was very easy to apporach. I asked them if they can fix it, but they said it wasn't thier responsibility. So I went Shopify and theme provider for the support, then I was told that it's app developers responsibility to address any compatiability with themes. Then, I had to go back to their support to finally get it fixed. It's really nice app and provides a super easy access to customer support. However, they sent me back and forth to fix such a small problem, which was not ideal.

Just downloaded the app. It was super easy to set up. The FAQ's page helps a lot but I was able to ask several questions over the help chat and they were super helpful and quick to respond.

Had a small issue with my website and Hussain had it fixed in about 2 minutes. You can't get any better than that!

Great customer service and the App works like a charm. Recently switched from another app that was sub-par.

Fast responses from team, awesome help, walked me through each step and sent a link to ensure I have a great future reference. The interface is very nice as well. Took me less than 5 minutes to connect my subscriptions to my store products. Not to mention, their free plan has almost everything you need to get subscriptions going. Would highly recommend to anyone.
