Used this app to launch a subscription and have really enjoyed its simplicity. It is not complicated and delivers on what it promises. Customer service is so helpful, too. Whenever I have a question, they answer it very quickly. Can't beat it for the price.

I just installed the free version of app. The tech support was very helpful in assisting with set up so we could test it. I cannot speak for the paid service but as for function and set up and ease of installation I would say this is a solid app.

I am blown away with the rapid response and the extremely quick fixes. Not that anything was broken! I just needed some additional support and they did MORE than enough. The support makes the app even more enjoyable to use. Very happy with the service. Keep it up guys.

I am so relieved to have found this app, I could literally cry with joy! I made the switch from another subscription platform because it was so expensive and insanely difficult to receive customer support. Day one of using Appstle and I am blown away with the customer service I have received. Their live chat option is so helpful and user friendly. I am up and running my subscription service within the first 10 minutes. If you are wondering if this platform is worth it, take my word for it and just do it! Seriously impressive. Highly recommend!!!

This app is the best app for subscriptions - it doesn't charge % of transaction fees and customer service reply within minutes to solve an issue, even at night!

Moved from Bold [Commerce] Subscriptions because they don't seem to have their stuff together and the other subscription apps that I've looked at weren't enough of an improvement to bother migrating to. Appstle is well made, intuitive, and comprehensive in it's ability to be customized to our needs, on the front end as well as the back end. The installation and configuration only took a few hours to complete and I'm ready to launch our new subscription program. (As a reference, it took days to figure out how to configure Bold Subscriptions. Not recommended.) Within the few hours it took to configure I required the help of their support team twice, for a question and for a widget adjustment on our product page. Both times the support team was available immediately and met my needs within minutes. The kind of support I need for such an important program. Thank you Appstle!

So far so good! Customer service has been stellar and responsive. I have been chatting wit Hussain today about switching from Bold and I will give an update after making the full transition

Appstle is saving my life after a terrible experience with a subscription management app. Their customer service has been beyond fantastic and they've been able to answer every question without putting my current subscribers in danger as we work out a migration. Hussain has spent hours talking to me at this point to help make sure this all goes smoothly, and I am beyond grateful! My business runs on fantastic customer service, and when the other app has failed me, it has jeopardized my ability to offer that customer service. Appstle is going to help me deliver my customers the experience they deserve!

Moving from ReCharge App to this one. Customer service is fast and very helpful with aiding the migration process and any questions you have. The dashboard UI is very clean and intuitive, much easier to find what I'm looking for than previous app. Very happy with this app for subscriptions

These people are TRUST worthy! I've never had an app company from Shopify give such outstanding service! Starting any subscription is confusing and you have questions but having the app company able to answer any question and solve any problem 24/7 days a week is amazing day or night! The subscription service works great for everything including using it for memberships, what what we use it for it is great. I can not stress how awesome it is to work on an app like this and run into any questions and get the answers you need in less than 4 minutes every time!

This app is finally allowing me to offer subs. All the options that have been around previously were close but not quite right. Appstle has hit the right balance of features and flexibility and their support is excellent and responsive. Still in the early stages of getting things going but so far I am very pleased.

Very responsive and worked with us as our shop had to use paypal. Explained step by step the process. Very easy to set up, fully customizable.

I needed a slight tweak to the sizing of the widget on my product page and couldn't figure it out myself, within 10 minutes of speaking to support the tweak was made by the Appstle team and it looks great! Brilliant customer service.
