I'm only one day in, and I'm already in love with this app integration! There was a little hiccup in getting the subscription live, but the cx chat representative was very quick to answer my question and helped to resolve my issue much faster than me seeking the information on my own. I would have wasted so much time fumbling around to figure it out alone. There's a bit of a learning curve, but I'm sure I'll have the entire subscription live by the end of the day. Thank you Appstle for a great service!

Best support I have ever received from an app. They are fast, knowledgeable, always online, and ready to assist. Other apps should take lessons.

So far the app has been easy to use and I like the options to do a pay-as-you-go or prepaid subscription. There have been a couple minor issues here and there but have found the technical support team to be very prompt in responding, even late at night, and have been able to either fix my issues or help me problem solve another solution to make things work the way I was wanting things to work.

Sumeet was nothing short of AMAZING! Speedy response time and very knowledgeable of the issues I presented to him! Resolved my issues in a timely manner!

I love how simply this app is to use. I also LOVE how quickly their team responds to questions and assist with people like me, who dont have time to read or watch a video. LOL Just tell me what to do!

Customer service was very nice and helpful when I was trying to set up things. Definitely worth a try, I am expecting good things from them.

There's a lot of detail on this app, but the customer service did great explaining it to me. Customer service is quick to reply!

The support is excellent! If you have problems, you can chat directly with someone who will help you. So far I can only report positive things!

So far, Appstle has been really impressive. It seems like a particularly good value relative to similar apps out there considering the fee structure. No transaction fees is a huge advantage. Customer service has been genuinely helpful and quick too. I've just started using it, so I'll update this review as my experience progresses. I have to make some bigger changes, and so I'm hiring a developer to do some work, and I'm hoping that Appstle will be as flexible and adaptable to outside developers as other similar apps are. But assuming it is, it's the best deal out there.

I like how much customization there is for this app! You can go in and change just about anything. This does create a pretty steep learning curve, but the customer support was excellent! We had trouble with it integrating with our theme so I reached out and they responded quickly with a solution!

We have been using this app for a few months and so far it's worked well. But what has really stood out to me, is the customer support structure. The developers are on stand-by for what seems like 24/7 and will answer any question for you i real time and they will even alter code and develop a feature you need while your in chat. This was an eye-opener for me. What a great concept - 'develop a solid platform, launch it and let the users guide the next steps in development by communicating with them in real time' Love this!

App works good and if something doesnt then the service team is excellent. They will react to you within a minut and will help you untill the problem is fixed. Real Hero's in the service team! can recommend the app to all!

The Appstle app was exactly what we were looking for because we needed to be able to create multiple levels of frequency for our subscription offerings. But the biggest bonus is their support team. I needed to confirm that I had everything configured correctly and the team stayed with me throughout the whole process and even went beyond what I expected with helping me to make sure the design looked nice on my Shopify store. Highly recommend this up and coming company for your subscription plans.
