We've have just started using the app for our magazine subscriptions. So far the support team have been stellar and quick to respond. I had to reach out to them on two occasions and each time they went above and beyond to help correct the issue.

We're using Appstle to launch a Beer Club with subscriptions. The app made is very easy to get started and their staff of devs are very accommodating and helpful, even being able to help with custom coding! The app is still fairly new but it appears new updates/features are under development which Im excited for!

Appstle has superior customer support, I could say the best if not one of the best support chats I've experienced with an app within shopify.
