So far so good. A little early but first impressions mean a lot as we all know. Great customer service thus far, especially thanks to Ahmed. He helped set up the app and did a little customizing for it to give it a little extra pizzazz. Great start, let's hope this splendid start continues!

I had a little trouble with embedding the app and went to the chat service. I was immediately helped and everything was sorted in minutes. Incredible service!!!

Functionality is great and the customisation is very in-depth. The best thing though, is the customer support. They are extremely fast in replying to messages and have been super helpful when I need to contact them. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I like the dashboard of this app, it's clear and easy to navigate. But I found the app should provide a detail look of on the widget and portal so I could have a better idea of what I would like to improve.

There was an issue I needed resolved and Muhammad was super helpful and got it all sorted for me. Love using Appstle!

Pretty easy integration, Had an issue with a customer having a broken 'Manage Subscription" link, they fixed it. Then had a link that expired, learned Shopify has a 7 day expiration day for links. Now I have to help customers create an account on my site so they can always access their subscriptions. Seem convoluted but appstle tech support was good. 5 Month Update- Customer Service is a highlight of their company, great support!

The app itself was pretty straightforward, but support staff were excellent in assisting with various issues. Also, one key fact to note is that the widget will only appear if the product is live.
