Mann from Appstle has been an incredible help. I am able to receive help 24/7 and Appstle are very accommodating in trying to find solutions to any issue - even if the app doesn't have the capabilities to support your goal just yet. Highly recommend.

We use this app to run subscriptions to a magazine. The app doesn't seem to be designed to run this programme, but with a bit of help from the staff and developers, it's made the process seamless. The team we speak to helps us with our issues and is responsive and accommodating; they happily make changes we need and suggest better ways of doing things. Great stuff; very happy to have found this.

We had an issue with one subscription that was not triggering orders. Apparently when it was set up, the order limit was set at 12 and that number had been reached. It was not obvious to me, but was quickly ID'd and rectified by Kehanvi from your support team. Very polite, helpful and responsive. Glad you have someone like this on your team!

Amazing Support!! I grilled the online engineer for about an hour and they were so patient and helpful. They explained the aspects of the app to me in plan english, because there is so much the app can do. The team is great at helping me fix issues and setup flows. Thank you!!

AMAZING customer service. I incorrectly set up subscription pricing on one of my products, and Mann immediately helped me with the issue. He created a custom Loom video that clearly explained my error, walked me through the entire process, was incredibly patient and kind, and then helped me with additional questions so I could further correct the problem that I had created. The app is incredibly robust, and their team is TOP notch. You can absolutely install this with confidence that you will have all the help you need to create a robust subscription service through Shopify. Thank you, Mann!

I went through a good handful of subscription apps before settling on Appstle. I'm really glad I did, and not just because it's a great app (it is), but because of the incredible customer service. I'm just getting my online business started, so using the free version until I accumulate more customer subscriptions. Even so, the engineers at Appstle helped me get the widget integration working on my product pages. The fault was with my theme, but they jumped in and tweaked the integration to work with it anyway. All for a store on the free plan. That's some world-class customer support right there, the kind that earns you lifetime customers. Shout out to Kehanvi for the great experience and for getting me up and running in no time~

Great price but I’ve been waiting over a week for their developers to move only 2 subscribers from bold to appstle and no response or resolution. This is my second time making the request so I’m still paying bold while waiting for appstle to do something they claim is super quick and easy.

Great app, very easy to set up and customize. Had also great experience with customer support (talked to Maryum), who provided extensive and detailed tips on how to set up our subscription services to our customers' liking. Also spoke to Prarthana at a future date about our customers' subscription management process and she was patient enough to walk me through it and also go beyond my initial request and help update our look and feel for the subscription pages. Fantastic service!

The app can do everything I needed and when I couldn't figure something out Momna jumped on a call with me and helped me figure it out and troubleshoot until it was right. Technical support is 10/10

Love this subscription app. Easy to use, full control and visibility over your customer's subscriptions but most importantly, really helpful customer support. Chatbot with a real person who assisted immediately. They even helped make something better and I didn't ask for it. Can't rave about them enough.
