I am still in the process of setting everything up for my new website, so I haven't been able to fully test the app yet. But I have experienced wonderful customer service from the likes of Sebastian, Uri, Hussein, and others over the past few weeks. From chat support to google meet calls, their support team has been awesome, answering all my questions about subscriber migration from another platform and installing widgets where I needed them very quickly. The absolute worst customer service ever. Did not show up to initial meeting, late to rescheduled meeting, were supposed to send me instructions to start migration and then disappeared even though I emailed them and reminded 3 times. App is good customer service is beyond bad.

So far this subscription app has worked well for our customers and our business. My customers are really happy with the interface. It is so much better than the memberships we had through Squarespace and this customer service is incredible. As a small business owner I don't have a lot of time to sit on cs calls to figure out what I did wrong (or can't figure out how to do the thing I want it to do...) so I really appreciate a team that can respond quickly solving the problem efficiently.
