The customer service for this app is INCREDIBLE! The install was easy, the dashboard is clear, and anything I have needed help on - I've been able to reach out to customer service and they've helped straight away. Highly recommend this app!

Amazing customer service! Super quick to responded and are very knowledgeable. Their API is perfect for integrating into our apps. The only thing I can think of would be more customization for the widget and possibly a ways to bulk select members instead of typing their codes. But, other then that 5/5 and even those things we have been working around.

They have really nice support staff who try to help. But after two days and a number of different people I have given up trying to get this app to work on my site. I have had to repeat my issues multiple times as new people keep jumping in and while I tried hard to make this app work the support teams suggestion for a call after I have spent over 8 hours try to get basic features to work i just have to give up on it.

So far so good...the support is very good. They are very responsive and appear to be available at any hours of the day. We already have the Appstle Subscriptions app, but we have found that as a CPG product business customers will order a subscription item, but if they are not using it fast enough they cancel the subscriptions. We are updating our strategy and the memberships app is perfect for our new offering.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

I had a couple of hiccups with this app, but their tech support has been amazing. Once it's all setup, it's quick to use and easy to get around. If I have any questions, the support team is there in moments and very helpful.

This is just my second day using the Appstle membership app. The on-boarding experience was excellent with many in app support videos to assist me in creating my membership plans and customer portal. When I needed technical support, Akhtar took the time to understand my issue and resolved it very quickly. I will return to update this review after I have completed my 14-day trial. But so far, this is the best experience with a membership app I have had to date, and I have been testing a number of them over the past two week.

This is now my 2nd life review, as it seems worth giving. Appstle offers incredible apps, and this membership app definitely follows suit. It is simple, yet seems to give way more than appears, primarily due to the professional feel it gives your company, and with how smooth the app runs. There is plenty of customization to make it seem like everything is provided from you, the merchant. The customer service is also great, and responsive, however, ANNIE is AMAZING! She is a great combination of friendly and informative, she is fast at fixing all issues, and excellent with follow up communications when issues are not hers to fix. Working on a digital content based site, in need of a subscription that can manage my need i came across Appstle Memberships, even if i could not solve my problems at first, the customer support was more than what I would expect. Overall very good team, with professional communication skills and a well understanding of the platform to guide me through all i needed to solve the issues i was facing.

Appstle, has been incredible. The membership platform has allowed me to monetize my subscriptions, and to open up new avenues with my business in a way that I could not have imagined. Appstle is incredibly easy to learn, and anything that I have struggled with (I'm not at all tech savvy), their 24/7 chat made the process that much easier. This app suits our needs perfectly and with their free plan we get to test the integration and functionality on our site. Very happy so far setting everything up, now hoping once we get people subscribing, the app remains working well.
