Awesome customer service experience here. The customer success team is offering personalised service , eg.: creating tutorial video that fit your question and solve the problem. Personally I found this app has quite a lot to learn ( quite complicated ) , need to spend time to explore the features and definitely need guidance from the customer service.

This app is great. I've only just started using it on my site however I have used other Appstle apps for the last few years and I've never really had any issues with them. For that reason I feel confident that this app will be another wonderful addition to our site. In the rare occasion that I do encounter a problem the customer service team is TOP NOTCH. If you ever have a simple question or need help navigating the app their team is more helpful then you can imagine. I would and HAVE told other business owners know about this app and would recommend others to try it as well. Glad that we are able to meet your requirements. We just started using the app and so far it has way more options and settings than we could ask for. I have needed help setting it up and they are always quick to respond and very helpful. Appstle support is top notch! Any questions I've had or issues I've experienced have been addressed quickly and professionally. They are a very helpful team and have made my experience a delight. Any customizations I've asked for have been no problem. I now have Appstle Loyalty programs on 2 of my Shopify websites and it's my loyalty app of choice from now on.
