I had a few teething issues when I first installed the app but I was able to successfully migrate all of my customers, their info and reward points and previous orders from my old website quite easily. When I contacted support for help at a later date, Uri was extremely helpful and responded super quickly - he even created a video for me on my website to show exactly how to rectify an issue I was having. Setting it up is pretty straight forward, while certain configurations do feel a little too much work, but that also shows how customisable it is. Honestly I have not ever come across a company or app with better customer service! They have been there to answer my questions within a few minutes every time and were patient and able to answer every question I had. At one point when I was confused, he made a video with his voice explaining things and showing me how to do them in my own account! absolutely amazing! I will be checking out all of their other apps! Our experience with Appstle has been very very good. The other app that the developer recommended was difficult to use and they wanted us to keep upgrading & paying an additional fee without it working from the start.
