Appstle is an awesome tool, but I have to say that I am even more impressed with the support. Henry from Appstle has provided us with exceptional support. He is attentive, smart, and incredibly effective at solving issues with the Shopify plugin. His quick responses and thorough understanding of the technology have significantly enhanced our experience. It's rare to encounter a support engineer so dedicated and capable. Thanks to Henry, our e-commerce operations are smoother and more reliable.

The widget was very glitchy and didn't work well. So I had to download it. Thei rsupport seemed responsive, but a glitchy app is a no go for me.

All my requests were handled promptly. The migration experience this time was excellent and unforgettable. The overall functionality of the app is comprehensive. Their customer service team is available 24/7, so I can always reach out to them whenever I encounter problems. The most amazing part is that I requested to add a function for free shipping on orders over a specified amount, which wasn't initially included when I was learning how to use their app. However, they got back to me and informed me that they had added this function just after a weekend, when I returned to the office on Monday. I was thrilled to see how quickly they could act! I've tried other loyalty apps as well, and whenever I inquired about a function, they always said, 'We will address your inquiry to our development team.' Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I truly appreciate how promptly they respond to my questions. This is a much better experience than any other app I've used before. I will definitely recommend this app to other store owners I know!

Setting up was easy and was helped every step of the way

Such a great customer service!! Replied within 2 minutes and instantly helped me with changing the colors so the loyalty program fits my webdesign. Shout out to Nancy for her great help and kind advice.

Would recommend. Had some difficulties getting certain things to work, but dev helped us figure out what we were doing wrong. App seems to do exactly what it's supposed to. Very appreciative of the quick response to our needs.

We've been through the ringer with a couple of the well known entities in the loyalty space. After being tired of constantly feeling like we were getting gauged on price and then being provided with lackluster support, we gave Appstle a try and WOW! I am so glad we did. So far, the price is more than fair and the support is unbelievable. We've needed a little help getting familiar with the app, setting up our program and moving existing points over form another platform. The team at Appstle has responded immediately to every request and gone above and beyond to help us even with the little things. Very happy customer here.

The help support I received is the BEST! I had a question about how to check on loyalty points by customer. Harris created a LOOM Video for me that i can save and access as a refresher. Such a gem! Thank you!

Launched with Appstle Reviews in the New Year 2024, after evaluating multiple options, and so far, everything is going well. We're able to track down tech support via chat easy enough, and get answers to our many questions about functionality. Recommend them. Will update this review as time goes on :)

This app is so easy to setup and use. There are lots of informative videos that walk you through the process and they have a team of support specialists that really worked with me to get all my customers from my previous loyalty app transferred to this app so they could keep all their points. Any questions you have, they are right there answering them. Probably the smoothest transition I've ever had with any app. Thank you to support staff and the migration team for getting me on track!

I highly recommend this app and the engineer helps a lot to set up the app to my website.

UPDATE - April 11: My initial review was 5 stars as I was impressed with all the functionalities. Support had been a bit slow, but they had been able to help me with my initial questions. However as time went on, I realized there were a few serious problems that I needed help with. The first was that some customers could not see their points in their profile, even though we could see them on the back end. It was eventually resolved, but it took weeks. I initially brought it up on March 22, and kept being passed off to different people who would join the chat and ask me to reexplain the complicated scenario that was already detailed in all the previous chats. Frustrated, I asked to jump on a call with Hussain on April 1 and thankfully, the issue was resolved the next day. However during the call, I reminded him of another issue I had brought up on March 22 - one of the reasons I switched to Appstle is because they allow you to sync rewards program information to Klaviyo. The info is there for some customers, but it is missing for thousands of other customers. I discussed this with Hussain on the call, and he asked me to follow up with him via email and seemed to not want to discuss on the call. I have been following up ever since - via email, through the chat. Each time being told someone will help me in a few hours. Now I'm getting a message that support will be slower due to Eid celebrations, which I understand, but this should have been resolved long ago - it's now been almost 3 weeks. So if you are looking for a rewards program and just want to stick to the more basic functionality, this may work for you. But if you were thinking of switching to benefit from some of the more advanced functions and integrations, all I can say is that it has not been smooth sailing for me. I will update my review if anything changes. ***** I'm really impressed with all the functionalities in this app! I migrated over from Smile.io and was glad to see that many of the functionalities I would have had to pay quite a bit for there were included with Appstle Loyalty. I'm still tweaking and getting everything looking the way I want, but there is a lot of flexibility, and support has been great to help me with all my questions and even implement some new functionalities for me.
